About the course

Having a good team leader enables people to do their job well. High quality supervision can help with time management and prioritising, understanding what is urgent and what is important. Team leaders who are supervising staff help people acquire the skills they need and can be invaluable in helping to resolve conflicts. The module will help develop the core interpersonal and leadership skills required to do the job well, including giving feedback.

Cost

£89 plus VAT per participant

As this course is commissioned by NHS South East Leadership Academy, some South East based organisations may be able to join for free. We will let you know if you are eligible for funding when you book.
